*BCBS PPO Plans are likely covered with TLN.  If you have an EPO plan, please send me an email/message directly so I can check your coverage!

If you have a plan listed above:

  1. Visit Lactation Network and fill out their quick form.

  2. Wait for Lactation Network's email to confirm your coverage (they work 'round the clock, so you will be notified quickly!)

  3. Once notified that you are covered, book your appointment with me and enter coupon code: INSURANCE to receive 100% discount when booking.

**there are exceptions even within these plans, so follow the link above to see if you can definitely be covered**

If you have a different plan than what is listed above, please send me a message or email including a picture of the front and back of your insurance cards so I can check your coverage prior to scheduling our visit!

Plans likely covered at 100% or with some cost sharing:

  • AETNA PPO, POS, OAP, Select

  • BCBS EPO *coming soon!

  • Cigna PPO, POS, OAP, EPO

  • Cigna HMO *referral required

  • United Health Care if needing telehealth options!​

 

At this time, Medicaid and Fidelis are not accepted/reimbursed for visits at Finger Lakes Lactation. 

If you are actively on WIC, a 40% discount will be applied to each office and virtual visit

What happens if I am not covered?

If your insurance is not covered, please do not let that stop you from getting the help that you need!  I will provide you with a receipt/Superbill with instructions to submit to your insurance company for reimbursement.
